In addition, the conference is pleased to extend to its attendees a discounted sleeping room rate of $199 per night plus applicable resort fees and taxes for a standard suite (single and double occupancy). Instructions to reserve a room at the discounted rate will be provided during the registration process.

Travel
Arrivals:
It is recommended that conference attendees arrive into the McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas by 3 PM PST on Tuesday, April 21. The conference Welcome Reception will begin at 5 PM PST.
Departures:
Navigate 2020 officially closes on Friday, April 24 at Noon PST. It is recommended that conference attendees arrive at the McCarran International Airport at least 2 hours in advance of any domestic departures and at least 3 hours in advance of any international departures. For convenience, The Venetian Resort offers shuttle service to the airport for a small fee of $10.
