Yes, Navigate US 2020 has been cancelled. Conference registrants will be notified via email of the cancellation, and they will also receive an email confirming the cancellation of their individual registration.

 

Navigate Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Naviga Events Team at events@navigaglobal.com. Cancellations made (60) days or more in advance of April 20, 2020 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made (59) days or less in advance of April 20, 2020 are not eligible for a refund of the registration fee. Naviga is not responsible for the refund of any additional expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

In the event that Naviga cancels the conference, Naviga will provide a 100% refund of all conference registration fees and will ensure all hotel reservations booked under the conference room block are cancelled prior to the hotel cancellation date. In addition, Naviga is not responsible for the refund of any additional expenses incurred by registrants, speakers or employees as a result of the conference cancellation.

Naviga reserves the right to refuse registration and attendance for any individual and/or entity.

Your registration fee is 100% refundable and will be automatically refunded within the next 30 days. Please contact navigate2020@typeaevents.com with any questions regarding your registration refund. Per the event cancellation policy, Naviga is not responsible for the refund of any additional expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Conference registrants will receive an email confirming the cancellation of their individual registration by Sunday, March 15. Please contact navigate2020@typeaevents.com after Sunday, March 15 if you have not received your cancellation confirmation.

If you made a hotel reservation at the Venetian Resort as part of the Navigate 2020 room block, Naviga will ensure your reservation with the hotel is cancelled by Friday, March 13. Per the event cancellation policy, Naviga is not responsible for the refund of any additional expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.
